Not giving in!

I SO want a smoke right now! Just spent 90 minutes in traffic trying to get to a doctor appointment that was a standard 15-minute drive away. We were still only half way there so the doctor rescheduled. During those 90 minutes we were also rear-ended. No major damage since we were all moving so slowly, but our car is new and only has 2000 miles on it. 😞 

Now that I have whined, I will repeat that I will not give in and smoke. And now I will give myself a virtual pat on the back for standing firm even though (as I have said many times already) I have yet to see any positive effects from not smoking….
