Okay coming toward the end of day 2 without smoking today was a frustrating day because I was very depressed about a situation going on with my housing but I didn't smoke I thought about it quite a few times during the day and I did do a lot of sleeping just because I wanted to avoid feeling uncomfortable.  I did think about buying cigarettes from my neighbor who actually gives them on credit he carries a little book with him and he writes down who owes and how much money but I decided I don't want to give into that as far as I'm concerned he's nothing but a drug dealer and I'm not about to start owing him money so anyway just ending of a good day.

Wow...congrats on a hard-won smokefree day.  I remember in college when the local store would sell single Shermans...that would be dang tempting to me early in a quit...the "just one" mentality whispering in your ear, but you did GREAT...and let me tell you it is NEVER "just one"...never just one puff, just one cig, just one pack...in my whole smoking "career" I NEVER bought a carton, never could face the fact that I actually smoked that many cigs...Denial, denial, denial.  You should be very proud of yourself...I am admiring you this very minute...Keep it up...

Congrats on 2 days! You’re doing great! I slept a lot in the beginning of my quit too.

Congrats! Just remember smoking won't change your housing situation. It'll just make an already stressful situation worse. (I can't count the number of times I have to repeat that to myself) You've made it 2 days without smoking so you know you can do it.

A thought is not a call to action unless you let it hang around long enough to make it one!

You did GOOD!
