Not as nasty, and works just as well

Smoking is disgusting, let me count the ways.

1. Makes your clothes/hair/breath/whole body stink

2. Turns your teeth/eyes/skin/organs yellow

3. Lung cancer/Heart disease/Diabetes/Erectile dysfunction/a host of other physical illnesses you're at increased risk for

4. Depression/Anxiety/other mental illnesses that are actually made worse by smoking, not better

5. House fires caused by careless smokers

I'm going to stop there, and let you guys add some.

What works as well? For me it's cry baby candy. The sourest thing I've ever eaten, and I've bit into a lemon before. If I have a crave that about knocks me off my feet, and after 2 years not smoking I do still have those once in a while, I just pop one of those in my mouth and keep it the until my eyes water and my saliva glands hurt. And poof! Craving gone. Yours will likely be different, quitting is not one size fits all, but that is what works for me.

Bonus question, what works for you?
