Hi all-
I just found this site. I quit smoking on 7-11-2013 and now am smoke-free 60 days. I have smoked for 40 years. I am using the e-cig and posting on facebook and getting lots of support. I feel much better, but am taking it day by day. 40 years is a long time to do something!
