In order to live our lives free from the clutches of the horrid nicotine poison THEN we MUST keep our quits in TACT Which means N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! LIFE is always going to happen good AND or bad! Our lives deserves so much more than being a slave to the disgusting nicotine poison! Vigilance is key to Freedom! As difficult as quitting smoking AND or Vaping or dipping is thankfully it's also do ~ able AND EXtremely worth it!

Good Friday morning Marilyn and fellow EXers.  Love all the encouraging memes here this morning.  I am taking "I can choose to move on and leave it behind me".   This is my choice today and everyday, to put my health first.

Not one puff is the title of the book each of us will write during our quit . I took one page at a time , then chapter by chapter , my book isn’t finished , it’s a long story lol , but soon .
