Well I made it through another day. I did alot of cleaning in the past couple days. My husband is coming home this weekend and I like to clean before he comes. I get nothing done while he is here. I just realized that today went by smoothly. I didn't have to fight off any urges. I'm glad and thankful for a smoke free day. I have some tools to use in case those urges pop up.
