Hello every one I haven't been on thi site for awhile I started smoking again in December 2013 and I lost my job 2-20-2014 i don't know what to say or where to begin but I do know that I have to stop smoking but I t's like I can't get my mindset right again or do I like smoking and want to? I am confused myself . I must be truthful to myself and admit that I like smoking right know but I can't stand the smell and most of the time I don't like myself when I smoke....oh Sheila what have you done?????
