No longer sleep deprived...

Hi all!  Feeling great today and just wanted to tell everyone!  Almost at day 38 and have started sleeping better at night - still wake up a couple times but go right back to sleep - makes a world of difference.  Have also been walking everyday - outside whenever possible, on treadmill when too hot.  It's only a mile a day but it's a mile more than I used to do and I feel better both physically and mentally.  Have a wonderful, smokefree Friday's Eve!!!
