I have been quit now for 11 days and counting. The Nicotrol Inhalers that I was finally able to convince the VA to give me take the edge off. I don't want to get overconfident this time. I am taking it one day at a time. Aftyer 130 days, I'll know that I'm quit. 129 to go.
