Nicotine Gum to the Rescue

I quit smoking about a week ago.  My cravings haven't been too bad except for now.  I'm chewing nicotine gum as my NRT.  I've been getting by with 5 pieces of the 4mg a day.  Was going to try to go down on the gum.  I'm chewing regular sugarless gum right now and it's just not cutting it.  So I'm going to chew a piece of the nicotine gum.  I hope that helps!

Never tried it.

I just tore off the filters and ate 'em straight!

Cravings don't mean you have to smoke. Just fight it - it will get weaker, and you'll get stronger!

I should have said Cravings don't need to be fed (by smoke or NRT - either one)

Do what you must to stay off smokes, BUT beware, the gum prolongs the need.
