Happily Married with 3 wonderful kids. Have always been active and healthy. Started smoking only a few years ago. Got started late I guess. Now in my 40's I am surprised I have an addiction that is stripping me of my health and time. Its down right evil lol.
I am an avid bike rider. Recently switched to a recumbent. Lots of riding and staying busy to kick this habit.
