I started young around 12 or 13, had bad influences in my past. I didnt know any better because I grew up overseas where everyone smoked and there wasnt as much awareness about smoking or programs to help youth to stay away from smoking. I beleive the single greatest thing is to completely make up your mind that you want to quit and once that is done, you never question your decision again.
I know I have to do this but I keep making the decision and questing it. It is time to end this frustrating cycle and rut of trying to quit and failing. I have made up my mind that I will quit and any support or help from anyone is very much appreciated. Good luck to you all.
