New quit date

I haven't been on in awhile, I guess because i didn't quit when i wanted to and was a little embarresed. I kept to the one cigeratte in the morning and one at night but have decided it is to tempting to smoke more when you do this. So this is it
I have set tomorrow as my official quit date. I have no cigerattes and will not buy anymore. I feel realy down though and
grumpy already. I am setting my mind to do this though. Thanks for all the previ ous help and encouragement and I promise to do better this time.
