When those cravings hit remember to breath.... and if necessary get up and get moving. Even if it's just going in and washing your hands, or brushing your teeth, or putting lotion on. I like the idea of lotion and teeth brushing... it's those "good smelling" things that were always covered up with icky smoke smells before.
