Whether you're on day 1 or day 10 or day 100 or 1,000 or 2,000 or whatever! We all need to be EXtra careful NOT to become complacent and take our quits for granted instead lets embrace the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE! I wish our Nancy @YoungAtHeart was here to post her  blog on alcohol and possible relapse from drinking one to many especially with it being one of the biggest holidays of the year A QUIT IS A TERRIBLE THING TO LOSE! I've lost a few perfectly beautiful quits due to one too many drinks in the past BUT thankfully I quit drinking nearly 13 years ago YAY for sobriety and come July I'll be celebrating Ten years of smobriety so remaining vigilant is key to remaining smokefree and or vapefree or dipfree! Our lives deserves so much more than the damned crutch of the horrid nicotine poison! The Choice is Ours!

Alcohol lowers a person's inhibitions so even if I wasn't a recovering alcoholic I hope I'd be keeping my precious quit in TACT ~  N.M.W ~ No Matter what! So therefore  > I do NOT think that I should drink for if I drink I do NOT think!

Our lives are counting on us to nurture and protect our quits so we can be around to enjoy the little things in life which are actually the big things in LIFE!

Happy New Year's Eve Eve everyone!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
