New Day

Today is a new, smoke free day:) Yesterday was my birthday and I went out to dinner ladt night with my boyfriend. I thought it would be hared going out, but it wasn't that bad. I didn't even want one. It was nice, not worring about when I could step outside for a smoke. I have been feeling great, not smoking. I hope everyone has a great day and up coming week:)
