I was watchin gmy husband roll a cigarette and jamming away to the music as he was
doing it.
Man I thot, "to be so mindless about smoking" then I remembered all the reasons why I don't smoke
I love my body,
I just wanted to get back on here and let you all know, as if i need to tell you. but no matter how much time I have occassionaly I get a atrong urge like today. Ya when I adjusted my thinking it immediatley went away. but I am here to blog and reach out.

Thanks to you all everyone is important to my quit and being able to come here and talk about it.
