N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what ~ S.I.N.A.O ~ Smoking Is Not An Option ~ Once we've made it through the roller coaster ride into that good place in our quits THEN we must ~ N.E.F ~ Never Ever Forget ~ how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because NONE OF US has to ever go back to another ~ Day ONE ~ THAT would TOTALLY SUCK BIG TIME! Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree and besides relapsing isn't an option EVER! RIGHT!? Quitting smoking is one of the most difficult things I've ever done BUT it was and is the best decision I've ever made in my lifetime and it's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE......
