Hi all I have'nt been here in a couple of days I had a great weekend. now I'm back at work and I'm totally frustrated I don't want to smoke I know it won't solve anything I got going on here..... so my thing is I just need to blog cause of the frustration I guess I don't know this is just what clams me so now that I'm blogging I know I'm just babbling and I'm sorry guys.....One thing I have nocticed is that I am not craving becausing of my frustration so I'm proud of that.... also I had another first this weekend I went to my first concert drug free and smoke free I like firsts they are so fun.... any way I think I have babbled enough thank you all here.
