I'm a few day shy of 18 months smoke free and my husband is trying again to quit. He's doing well, tomorrow will be one week. He's not into blogging, so I'm asking for him. I need some suggestions on things he could do at work when he takes a break. He normally goes outside to smoke, no he has no reason to go out. He says its boring. He works nights and there's not many people there, so I'm sure it does get boring. He also said that if he'd had a cigarette tonight, he probably would have smoked it.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
