I am going to venture out of the house again. I'm very nervous, My daughter has school and needs me to come over and stay with her son for a few hours. She doesn't have internet. My grandson is one of my reasons to quit so that is a plus. My daughter is a smoker. I need to call her and make sure she removes all the triggers befor I get there.
I need more strentgh!! I hope you all will say a prayer for me and send me strength to defeat the bullies day five is hardest so far and it is just begining!

Strength from above you, strength from below youl Strength from in front of you, strenth from behind you. Strength on all sides of you, you are surrounded by strenth!

Just think, one more thing you will have done smoke FREE.

Take some candy with you and remember if you need to just walk outside and take in the fresh air to get rid of the tension.

I'll pray for you and you pray for me and watch God change things! Do whatever you have to do, just don't smoke. You don't want to go through what you've already been through. You're almost there! Hang on...please! Not one puff!

Hi Pamela! I'm sending a prayer up right now for strength for you! We all have these especially hard days, but I know you will be strong and make it through. Look how far you've come already! You sure don't want to blow it and have to start all over. Remember how hard that first day was? God bless you!

goo luck pamela!! you can do this.. you have 5 days under your belt.. why throw that all away? it will only be that much harder to start ALL OVER AGAIN! i tend to carry mints, gum and a bottle of water with me at all times.. just keep your mouth and mind busy!! you can do this.. esp for your grandchild!! and show your daughter that you can do it, because maybe you can convince her to stop as well!
