Today I was at my sister-in-law's house helping with some chores.  I was out of my element and viewing the cigarette butts in the ashtray.  One was especially long and I could remember in the past that I always smoked her cigarette butts because I couldn't stand the waste.  Well, that especially long cigarette butt and I went through some rounds.  I even envisioned picking up her lighter and lighting it.  It could of been so easily done but graciously I restrained and chewed a piece of nicorette gum instead.  Thank goodness for EX and it's followers who gave me the courage to restrain and make the right choice.  It's like the commercial does and you celebrate not having that one with music and dancing too!!

Good job Deena, now if I may suggest, start telling yourself that you don't do that anymore. Smoking can never be an option in your life, no matter what. It's impossible to quit and to smoke. I choose quit!
