Opening up a discussion regarding the benefits of NRT vs Cold Turkey. I want to be done with nicotine and cigarettes. I am just nervy enough to try to go cold turkey. That's what I really want to do. What do ya'll think? How many greater than one year have done it without NRT? Curious??? I am quitting on the first no matter what. Thanks for the help.
