Stress and more stress. But I’m not smoking. I have got so much done by using that smoking time to do things that were needed. Replacing those times by doing something else. I’m still learning how to get around on this website. I really appreciate all the support because I definitely need it.

I slowly started doing a lot different things when I quit  From teaching myself how to play the harmonica to walking 5 plus miles a day. Every morning I sit out on my back porch and enjoy watching my little corner of the world wake up.    Life is grand without a cigarette in hand

Just keep in mind that there is NEVER a good reason to smoke; there are only excuses!
