It's a dark, dank, dreary, drab, dismal damp rainy day but I say oh well because the rain is washing all the dirty snow away, plus we're supposed to get up to 60 degrees on Sunday whoo Hoo warm sunny temps are coming to the Maritime provinces, whoopee and it's fantastic. I will remember and I hope everyone that's only been quit a couple of years or less like me to be EXtra vigilant with the change in season for any strong thoughts of having just one because we know that's bull crap so let's be EXtra careful not to get sidetracked with the lie of one because one will ruin our perfectly beautiful quit. I believe in my heart and soul that we'll always have to be vigilant but I also believe that the first couple of yrs that we're probably most vulnerable so my friends and fellow Exers let's continue on with our splendiferous life of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison. If anyone is lurking in the background reading this post, come on out and write a blog and let us know you are here because Quitting smoking is absolutely the best decision anyone can make and once you get to that good place in your quit and start reaping the benefits of an Ex smoker, you will never want to go backwards but you will continue stacking up your smoke free days.
