N.O.P.E. ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ No Matter What ~ works when applied on a daily basis because there's absolutely no way any of us will FAIL ~ Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree! I remember how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks BUT with commitment and perseverance I made it through to that good place in my quit without tearing my hair out or ripping someone's face off I believe from the bottom of my heart that anyone and everyone that is committed to succeed will be successful BUT you must remember that after decades of smoking it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT it's so worth it to be Free so chin up, deep breaths and hang on tight to the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE.......
