I hope everyone had a good Christmas and I hope today will also be a good day, Wow we're heading towards a new year already! Where did 2021 go?!!! It was a difficult year to say the least AND it looks like 2022 is going to start out that way as well BUT all we can do is look after ourselves the best we can and be there for the people we love the best way we can PLUS we MUST keep our quits in tact N.M.W ~ NO MATTER WHAT ~ We can't allow the chaos in this World to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit AND besides relapsing isn't the answer EVER! If you're reading this AND you're on the fence about quitting smoking or if you're struggling with remaining quit please stay close AND read everything you can because there's a wealth of information right here on this site to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanently it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT with commitment and perseverance you will perservere through whatever comes your way it's bound to be EXtremely difficult in the early stages of your quit BUT thankfully it's Doable and totally worth it to be Free!!!!
