I just had to write a short blog today......
Two years ago today ......my personal great smoke out began at 7:00 am - smoking the last cigarette and never looking back. After 40 years one pack a day.....It was not that hard and was not that easy. I did it one day at a time.....I am grateful to be free from sickarettes!!!
