I am giving myself the best b-day present ever. Quitting smoking. I just turned 45 on Jan. 3rd and had my last smoke at midnight on that day. I've tried before, but failed because I was always quitting for someone else. This time I'm quitting for ME. Day three smoke free and counting. It's a little hard, but I can and will succeed.
