My quit date for smoking cigarettes was Jan 5th, 2021 and so far I have been very successful (no cravings), I changed everything. The way I eat, no more having cocktails and karaoke. everything I'm doing now is surrounding me with greatness. I am a heart failure patient so this is major for me. I simply would like to thank everyone in the Becomeanex Community for their support. i plan to stay with this community so I will continue to update my status. I wish you all well. Sober from tobacco: I salute the beginning  and I embrace the journey!
