My granddaughter will be 1 in 2 days.

She has never smelled the stink of smoke on me, nor have I ever exposed her to third hand smoke. I'm proud of that. She and her brother help me keep my quit every day. Who or what helps you?

Everything on this Earth, blessed by God keeps me quit bc there is absolutely NO reason to smoke. Smoking is an addiction, pure and simple. Yes, you'll have the thoughts now and then but go back to yes, "it's an addiction" and you'll be fine. ❤️

How she has grown - right before our eyes. Treasure her - and NEVER expose her to noxious smoke!

Congratulations! It's so great this child will never smell that stench on you. Amen!

Cute!

What keeps me going is breathing.

I've got two granddaughters, ages 4 and 2. Even though they don't live near us, they are definitely reasons which help me keep my quit.  Happy birthday to your little cutie!
