i am so thrilled my daughter did it, she quit, has been think 2 weeks now, she seems to not even think about it, her boyfriend still smokes, and she seems to be able to not be to bothered by it. I kept bugging her to read Allen Carr book, she was broke one day and said hey give you few bucks if you read the book just read it don't have to quit, and she called me after hour so of reading and said mom i am going to quit. she didn't care for the author but she got his point. she loves the extra money and not having to stand outside in the frigid cold. i am thrilled because she is so young and can repair the damage that smoking has done to her body. Hurray!!!!
