My commitment to quit!!!! I mean it this time!

I have tried several times to quit smoking within the past three years. I have been smoking since I was 28  and I am now 32.  I can tell a huge difference in my health as far as not being able to walk any distance or able to climb stairs and I always feel so tired and unmotivated. I have also acquired a habit of drinking a soda every time I smoke because, oddly enough I can't stand the taste of a cigarette but I am addicted!!! I have several reasons to quit but, I know I have to do this for me first!!! The withdraw symptoms are awful and the cravings are almost intolerable in the past and I just have caved every time I quit.  I have a husband that smokes and for me it makes it really hard to be around him smoking or even when I see someone smoking on television.  I can find a million excuses why it is to hard to quit, but, none of these are more important than my life or being able to have energy or move. So, here is praying for the will power and knowledge to quit!!!!
