Hi there Dancer and welcome to the site! You sound like you know just what you want. Joy has given you some very good reads on nicotine addiction. Do the homework, it helps tremendously and if I might add, Take lots of deep breaths, drink plenty of water, laugh a lot mostly at yourself : ) come here and blog, comment on others and ask questions about what you may be feeling in your quit.
