1. Do not buy, borrow, bum or smoke EVER AGAIN.

2. Brush teeth often.

3. Use Vick's Vapo-Cool cough drops

4. Use sugar-free gum/candy (in moderation)

5. Use roll-on aromatherapy essential oils or pleasently scented candles

6. Blog or read articles etc. on BecomeAnEx.com

7. Pray to God

8. Read the Holy Bible

9. Save the money that would have gone to smokes and buy something special once in a while

10. Walk the cul-de-sac or block- weather permitting

11. Use Vick's Vapo-rub

12. Use chapstick/lip balm

13. Write in a journal

14. Write poetry

15. Write songs

16. Keep your hands busy

17. Don't get too Hungry Angry Lonely or Tired. (H.A.L.T.)

18. Remember Not One Puff Ever (N.O.P.E.)

19. Remember One Day at a Time

20. Take candle-lit, hot, soapy/ epsom salt baths

21. Knitting

22. Stay sober

23. Take medications as prescribed

24. Eat healthy

25. Drink plenty of water

26. Excersise (inside/outside)

27. Be smart not just strong

28. Read books

29. Listen to music

30. Sing at the top of your lungs

31. Dance

32. Walk the dog

33. Clean the house

34. Go to church

35. Volunteer

36. Go to all therapy and other doctors appointments

37. Go tanning

38. Shave

39. Do yoga

40. Meditation

41. Fold laundry

42. Use weighted blanket

43. Use lotion

44. Watch good classic movies

45. Keep courage token in pocket

46. Deep, belly breathing

47. Practice using make-up

48. Practice doing new hairstyles

49. Play with the dog

50. Snuggle with Hubby
