My New Quit date

So I have set a new quit date.....Dec 30th. I have used the patch before and it helped a lot but once I stopped using it i let the cigarettes win. I am sure I will do a lot better this time now that I have actually planned a quit date instead of just quiting all of a sudden.Cold Turkey works for some people but I have figured out that I'm not one of those people LOL
