After smoking at least a pack a day for more than 30 years, yesterday was my first year anniversary as a non-smoker. If you asked me a few years ago if I could ever quit, I would have answered, NO WAY! Now that person feels like someone else. Once you get out of the heavy fog of the lies of smoking, things become clear - the brainwashing, the poisons, the misery. Now I feel like I have given myself the greatest gift of all - the gift of health. Now I feel free. And if I can do it, ANYONE can. Ask and you shall receive.
