I try to live with the philosophy of no regrets in my life, everything happens for a reason.  Things that seemed "not so good" would happen but I would do my best and make the best out of the situation and never look back.   However, I can not find any good reason for smoking cigs and can honestly say without a doubt is my huge, big regret.  I've never blogged before and really put my thoughts/feelings out there but by viewing other blogs, everyone so open, honest and willing to reach out to help each other.   I will join in for the helping hands.  Its been almost 72 hours of my quit, I didn't find this site until after I put on the patch.  I was half tempted to take off my patch and go through the cig tracking and plan my quit out but thought that is just another excuse.   So my first night  a bit rough, felt queasy, headaches.  Took melatonin to help me sleep with the patch on,. Next day, Monday felt pretty strong and proud which helped me get through the routine of taking breaks to smoke throughout my day.  Monday night, my little ones didn't want to go to sleep, trigger STRESS.  I read a suggestion from someone blog about site whyquit.com, wow that site got me back on track and motivated.   Today, things started happening at work, trigger STRESS and I started getting a little sweaty and anxious.  Worked my way through it by drinking water, a lollipop and taking a walk.   I am comforted by all the support here, thanks!
