As some of you know i am not really a blogger, since I am heading toward my fifth month of not smoking but I have been trying to find things that i can blog about to help keep you all motivated to keep you quit.  I like to read motivational quotes.  I think this one sums the whole site up and what it can do for you.  So if you like to read quotes, here is one for you:
