Morning Craving

After 12 days.................the morning crave still amazes me. I get up out of bed and think to myself how much better I feel already and by the time I get ready for work my crave hits me everytime. So I get me 2 pieces of gum and chew the heck out of them. I will defeat this monster. After 12 days I feel so much better. I can breathe again!!!!! Even though I have already quit I am still reading Alan Carr's book and its great. It just adds to my determination.
