Morning 5, wow 5 days with out smoking, i am impressed with myself, i honestly didn't think i could do it but here i am starting day 5. yesterday i found that i had a lot of flam in my throat, my lungs must be working again. the cravings are getting more manageable. i went outside twice with smokers and they smoked while we talked. i was worried about giving up the breaks outside and the conversation, but i just chew my gum and let them smoke.
