Description
My name is Ann and I've been a smoker most of my life. I started young..at 13, my Mother and most of my family were smokers. I have quit with my pregnancies and several other times, each for a year or more. Once I even made it to almost 4 1/2 years but started again due to stressess that were work related mostly. I loved being a non smoker before, but this time I don't seem to feel the deep rooted desire I felt before. I NEED to quit as I'm experiencing serious issues with breathing and feeling ill more and more. I realize that this time it's going to be harder without the urge to quit so I'm reaching out for support and tools.
I'm really looking forward to feeling better and finally being able to enjoy some of the things I can't due to smoking inhibiting my breathing, like swimming a hiking again!
