Monday Morning Blues??

NO WAY!!! What a day!!! Smoke Free all weekend and Lovin it!!! Thinking about the great weekend. My son and I checked out the Minnesota Winter Carnival this weekend -- it was FREEZING but we had a BLAST!!! There's more to life than puffing smoke (and every other nasty thing they add to those sticks!!) I'm getting ready to take my son to school and head into work! That's where the struggle begins! BUT since I've decided to get real about this addiction - I'm not worried at all. I'm equipped with my cinnamon Nicorette and I-Pod. If I run into a difficult situation today, I'm popping in a piece of gum and jamming to my I-Pod for a few minutes!!! That'll get me through any craving! Isn't it amazing how music can affect our mood!! There's a group on here called Music to Distract You!! I'd strongly suggest joining it and posting the songs that get you through the day!!!

WAY TO GO TASHA!!!!!!!!!!! there is so much more to life than smoking. I love all the extra time I have with my kids now that I don't have to take off and smoke all the time. keep on going. You can do it.

YES -- I'm telling you -- My I-Pod has saved my job a few times!!! I get frustrated and sometimes say things in the heat of the moment -- ha!!!! That's where I tighten my lips, say a prayer and crank up the i-pod!!!! Woohoo!!!
