I've been trying to quit for some time. So far, it's been 47 days without a smoke. I'm 30, enjoy running, playing basketball, and i want to kick the habit. It's so tough.....I'm really having problems with the urges. I tend to have anxities and smoking really helped them. It was an outlet i had, and it's hard to find that outlet.
