How odd it seems to talk of myself at day two in my quit. I really am not happy with myself right now. I am 49 father of two wonderful grown up children. Jason and Sarah. Jason has given me 2 grand sons and that has led me to this quit. I have smoked for almost 40 years and a heavy smoker for at least 20 two plus pack a day. I Like the outdoors, Hunting, fishing, camping and I want to be able to enjoy all of these things with my family for many years to come. For a few years now I have really started feeling the effects of smoking on my body and I just know the now is the time to do something about it.
