Merry Christmas

Well Christmas is here and I have a tons to be thankful for this year.  I am most thankful for being cancer free.  The next would be that I am still smoke free and loving it.  It is Christmas day and I went for a run and actually loved it.  The run made my day.  Actually, it just made me be able to eat a little more today when with my family.  I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Great New Year.  I pray for everyones New Year and to stay smoke free.
