Merry Christmas One & All!!!
Mark and I wish each of you a wonderful day.
We must choose to stick with N.O.P.E ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter What ~ Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree! Lets be EXtra vigilant during the holidays, let's always remember and N.E.F ~ Never Ever Forget ~ how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because NONE OF US has to ever go back to that horrid DAY ONE BUT as long as we remain committed THEN we can and will enjoy each and every Day WON!!!! Freedom Rocks!!!! it really does!!!!
If you're struggling with remaining quit please know that we are here for you and we're rooting you on because as difficult as quitting smoking is we know that you can and will be successful BUT it's going to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT it's worth every bit of the cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is as an EXer....
Mark cooking us bacon and eggs and homemade toast after we opened our gifts, we worked up quite an appetite!
Our Elf on the shelf was an Elf on the filing cabinet and the Elf on the window and just about everywhere including the Elf on the fan light in the bedroom so he's due for a much needed break LOL until next Christmas then Elf will be busy again! Always remember relapsing isn't an option anymore!
