First I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.  I would also like to welcome all the new people on the site, and congratulate them on their success so far. You will look back at this struggle and say well it really wasn't that bad why didn't I do it sooner.I wish that everyday but it over now and I can take back the time I wasted smoking. I am enjoying the smoke free life so much less stress especially at this time of year wrap a present run out to smoke wrap another run out to smoke it took days to get my wrapping done got it all in just two smoke free evenings.I do have one piece of advice exercise when you quit I have gained quit a bit of weight because I just sit on my butt and snacked all the time. I started a diet last week and have lost 7 lbs already i think it will come off fast since I have committed to moving around walking and such. it real don't matter it will leave me I would not trade thin to be a smoker I hate the smell the thought of it makes me cring sometimes I wonder how weird I would look smoking has any one else thought that? It seems unnatural to me now. I am soon coming up on a year 17th of jan. I am EXCITED*****************Never in a million years could you  have told me I could do it until I decided I  was doing it. I hope that all the new people here that are facing some struggles just hang in there and you will have success too....Hugs Deb
