I am a 51year old RN(second career-got my license 2 yrs ago) and I have smoked for 36 years.I now work with clients who approach me with many health questions. I work out often and am tired of hacking until I gag and sometimes vomit because I light up right after a workout Cancer has taken several of my family members. I quit 39 hours and 50 minutes ago.
