Hi--I am 57 years old, and have smoked since I was 18. I am seriously going to try to quit---I had a stroke in 2003, I am diabetic, and I want to live to see my grandchildren grow up. I have serious doubts about my ability to quit, but nothing ventured, nothing gained!
